I UPGRADE from 6.5 to SL2011 and lose the functionality to export reports to MICROSOFT Outlook? Is that correct?

    The following KB should address your question:

    Export to MAPI option is missing in Microsoft Dynamics SL when print previewing a report and selecting the export option
