How to store the report in a particular folder after posting it from sales order

Hello Everyone,

i want to download my report to a specific folder in my local system  after the posting the document ,

i want that when i post the sales order it should  get download to a particular folder that i have choosen to in the form of pdf.

I have the same question (0)

    The web server running in cloud can't simply connect to your local machine and manipulate your files. If you must get the file directly to your locally folder, you either need an application running in your system and downloading the files from cloud (such as Recurring Integrations Scheduler), or something utilizing on-premise gateway (such as an Power Automate flow reacting to a business event, getting the file from F&O and pushing it to your system).

    Note that you could also keep the file in the clould and map a cloud storage as a local drive.
