Dynamics GP Web Management Console Failure

Run into an unusual problem with the GP Web Management Console on a previously fully functional implementation of the GP 2013 Web Client solution.  Currently when you attempt to access the GP Web Management Console and click Session Management it displays the following error:"The required URL to the Session Central Service was not valid, or is being reconfigured".  The URL it displays is correct and I can cut and paste the URL into a separate Browser Tab and it resolves to the web service.

End user access to Dynamics GP is not being effected but my ability to manage the connections through the Management Console is not possible.

I confirmed that the service account that runs the Session Central Service is not locked out and I can stop and start the service without error.  When reviewing the logs on the GP Web Session Central Server under Dynamics it says the following:

"System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail]: An error (1332) occurred while enumerating the group membership. The member's SID could not be resolved. (Fault Detail is equal to An ExceptionDetail, likely created by IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults=true, whose value is:
System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.PrincipalOperationException: An error (1332) occurred while enumerating the group membership. The member's SID could not be resolved."

Active Directory must be functioning correctly or end users would not be able to authenticate.

Any help is appreciated.

Usually, when seeing the "member's SID could not be resolved" message, the first thing we would do is go into Active Directory and look at the members list for the domain security group(s) specified to have access to Web Client and/or Web Mgmt Console. Is there any special characters for a user in the member list or a question mark next to it?

Also, on the web server, look at the Local Administrator's group, verify that there are no special characters in any of the user/member names or question marks. Also, make sure there is no USERID with S-1-5-21...etc.

    Thanks

Derek you are correct, it turns out that it was an account within the local Administrators group that had had the disconnected username reference and only showed the S-1-5 type reference.

Great, glad to hear that resolved the issue for you. Thanks for the update and confirmation.
