Unable to create Gamification games

Hello,

I recently installed the Gamification add-on and the following upgrade. I went through the activation steps and copied my registration key from the documentation and I'm currently showing that my Sync is active from the Gamification settings page. However, when I try to create a new game or add users my form ribbon doesn't have any create new buttons, it only has the Excel Template button. I'm a O365 global admin and Dynamics sys admin. I'm wondering if something was missed during the setup or if I did something incorrectly, but basically I can see the games, players, and KPI, but can't do anything with them. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
