Signature Capture with RMS

I have a Topaz Systems USB Signature Capture device that I am trying to hook up to RMS v2.0.0123.

I see where I have to enter the OPOS Device Name in RMS Manager, but the install for the Sig Capture device didnt give me any OPOS Service Object install.

I have tried calling Topaz and emailing them, I found on their site where you have to request the OPOS.exe, but havent heard back and no one answers the phone.

Is there another option, or does anyone have the OPOS install file for this model - T-L462-HSB-R?

    They used to have this up on their site to download, but they replaced it with a request form.   www.topazsystems.com/oposinstallform.html  

    I dont have the opos driver but have install Topaz SigCaps before.

    Basically you have to install SigPlus (which it sounds like you have).  Then you have to install the OPOS.  This opos install sets the names and other configuration.

    Your model is the SignatureGem LCD 1x5 selection when you install the opos driver.

    You might also need the SigToolImager if you want to change any of the factory default images on the pad.

    Thank you for the response.

    I have filled out the OPOS form, emailed them, called them and have gotten no response. All I need is the OPOS driver install if anyone has it.

    They finally responded and I got the OPOS driver to install.  Everything looks to be working. RMS recognized the OPOS device name and I am testing with a "signature required" tender type

    I am seeing some issues with the process in RMS.  The first screen in the RMS Signature Capture says "Tell the customer to being signing the signature capture pad. Press Capture to read the signature"

    When signing I see the signature real time. When I click Capture, I get another screen with a blank box saying "Press Enter or click ok to accept the signature displayed in the box" Its blank, but I can write real time in that box too.

    Eventually one of the signatures gets stored in the journal, just not sure if I can turn off one of the dialog boxes.

    Also, is there a way to only print the itemized copy for the customer, since the signature willbe stored digitally? Right now the itemized and stored copies both print.

    Also, after the first signature is completed, next time we run a transaction, the sig capture box doesnt appear, the POS crashes.

    Does anyone have experience with this?
