We are printing our POs using the standard blank form. We are also printing using the Word Template. The description values (vendor litem description) seems to be cut off. How can I get it to expand on the word template? I tried to move and expand on the modify word template but no success?

Since the word templates still use Report Writer, you are limited to 80 characters for a string, even though the Item Description in GP can go up to 100 characters. Of course if you were using something like Crystal Reports or SSRS, this would not be an issue whatsoever. :-)
Jay, any changes to Word Templates have to be made in the Report Writer document first. Give that a try.
