Can Someone show Inter-Company Gift Card Journal Setup?

I've done the configuration on Retail POS side for intercompany Gift Card Issue and Redemption but while posting the statement for the transactions on AX it says "Account number or offset account number is not correctly set up, intercompany gift card posting can't proceed.".

Please help in the Account setup for Intercompany posting of Gift Card.

RE: Can Someone show Inter-Company Gift Card Journal Setup?

    Hi ,

Is that issue resolved ? , Because for me the issue is something different. System is picking the revenue account while posting the GC issue from second legal entity (Child) . which means the liability is getting transfered from Company B to Company A thru intercompany journal voucher, where sytem is taking the revenue account contra to the IC account defaulted in the intercompany accouting setup page.

I have removed the "Revenue" posting from the inventory posting form. So would need to know , where the revenue account is picked from on transferring the GC liability from Company B to Company A .

Please suggest if you have come thru this . Thanks

    Hi Indranil,

Did you ever find a solution to the above?
