Can you modify multiple lines in a Purchase Order in D365 Finance and Operations?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there is a way to modify multiple lines in a purchase order at one time in D365 Finance and Operations? Do we really have to change each line and then input a reason code for that change?? It takes forever and other applications are able to make "mass" changes at one time.
