Rafeek, thanks for your reply. i found the SQI Utility and it works well!
you can import using sql server tools. but you must know the fields. if you wan i can do that. mail me the product list.

Gary - if you work with an RMS reseller, inquire about either the Store Operations Import Utility or if they have access to a third party import tool. I don't believe the SO Import Utility is available to end users, but check in customer source. Absent the above, here is a good place to start: support.microsoft.com/.../EN-US
BACKUP your database, restore it as a testing database, and try your import first into this testing database.
If you are running Headquarters, I don't believe it is set up to allow importing.
