Hi,
I want to install the update : Bing Maps Ajax upgrade for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55803) but it doesn't work. I've this message when I start the setup : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server is not installed on this computer.
My server is Windows Server 2012 64 bits in French, CRM is also in French (version 6.1.0.145)
You know a solution for this problem ?

The version is good, it's the 6.1.4.145 (I was wrong in the first message).
I think I will open a support ticket with MS because I'm not understanding this issue.

I as not able to find version you have here - buildnumbers.wordpress.com/crm It could be that it is 6.1.4.145 and it should be compatible with KB you mentioned. I have no other ideas than open support ticket with MS and ask them for help.
yes, i am sure. I've 1 remote desktop on SQL server and 1 remote desktop on CRM server.
