User vs Business Unit Create permission

Can anyone tell me the difference between User vs Business Unit Create permission, what can the user with Business Unit Create permissions do that the User can't?

For that matter what could someone with Organization level Create permissions do that someone with User level couldn't?

    Hi Jon,

    As access levels is  User and Business Unit which means when you are creating any record which owners should be belongs to user Business Unit and you can not create the record with different user business unit owner.

    Now when you set user level create access that means that the record owner will be always created user.

    Hope this helps.
