Smartlist Reminders deleting from Home Page

After we upgraded to GP2010, our smartlist reminders started disappearing from our Reminder list on our home page. If we go back into the smartlist & add the favorite/reminder again for any of the missing reminders we get the message that it is already there, click cancel, refresh the home page, & all the missing reminders reappear. I cannot find anyone who can tell me why this is happening. We cannot find a pattern even though the issue ocurrs numerous times throughout the day. Did anyone experienced this after the upgrade? If so, any ideas on how to fix?
