Run Flow window stuck

A user tried to run a flow on Opportunity form. He stuck at the popup window. The "Welcome" showed a few seconds and brought him to the next "Continue" window but the button is frozen. We've tried change the browser and even in incognito mode, but didn't work.

The flow works well for all other users.

I am also having this issue in our environment. Still looking for a solution.

I'm struggling even to replicate the issue as my test accounts just go straight to the "Run Flow" option as they've already confirmed to the Ts+Cs. I don't know how to reset it so I can go back to this page to test.

Hi Yvescao,

did user have proper license attached in your AAD for using Power Automate?
