Was is the privilege name to give access for a user to Access To submit workflow in General journal

    Use LedgerWFApprSubmitToWFProcess (Submit ledger journal) privilege.

    Check if the action menu-items have appropriate permission. See if it's set to Grant/Deny under priviliges as per below similar screen print.
