How to set "email from address" field to non-modifiable?

Hi everyone !
Do you know if it is possible to create an email template where "email from address" field would be non-modifiable ?
Could we for exemple modify the field in the template itself, but not in the email, if we use this particular template?

    Dear ABCH_21,

      It is not possible to change this field in old Email Editor, but it is possible to change it in new version of Email Editor.

    To do that, create customization for Marketing Email entity form, called Email Properties:

    Find From Name attribute on this form, and set it to read only:
