We would like to clarify something in Microsoft licensing. As we know, D365 PSA (without min. user license) is transitioning to Project Operations which have a minimum of 20 users licenses. But D365 PO is reachable from customer engagement and has a totally different visual than Finance & Operations (D365 Project Operations interface looks more like D365 Sales than Finance & Operations).
I was wondering if the minimum user licence has removed. We were working on PSA, so if not it means that must migrate totally our business to another license which is a brutal solution. The following article says that PSA will definitely end in Ocotober 2024 : Dynamics 365 Project Operations vs PSA: The differences (columbusglobal.com).
Furthermore I have found the following license into our vendor marketplace : Dynamics 365 Project Operations (Qualified Offer) (0-user minimum for Project Service Automation transitions). Neither Microsoft nor our vendor seems to be sure on these points : Do we still have to subscribe a minimum of 20 user licenses for Project Operations ? Will the qualified offer license be removed after October 2024 ?
