I HAVE COMMITTED THE TRANSFER IN STORE,BUT THE AVAILABLE QTY IS SHOWING 0 WHEN AM CHECKING PROPERTIES IF THAT PARTICULAR ITEM,QTY ON HAND SHOWING ACTUAL QTY,EVEN IN HQ IS ALSO SHOWING ACTUAL QTY.SO THAT WE CANT ABLE TO BILL THAT.WHEN AM CHECKED THAT PARTICULAR TRANSFER ,QTYON HAND IS 3 QTY COMM IS 3 QTY ORD IS 3.BUT ALL OTHER ITEMS IN THAT TRANSFER QTY COMM IS ZERO.SO PLZ HELP ME TO FIND THE SOLUTION FOR THIS.

Have you checked the current on hand before you commit the transfer in?
To check what happened to a specific item:
Rule 1: Determine item quantity from last inventory.
Rule 2: Get total qty of items from PO and Transfer IN committed after last inventory.
Rule 3: Get total qty of items from Sales and Transfer out after last inventory.
Qty Should be = (rule 1 + rule 2) - rule 3
From here, you can trace the item history or if you want detailed info of this, check Item Movement Report.
THERS IS NO OPEN TRANSFER OUT OR WORK ODER IS PENDING.
if you see any items that has 'Quantity Committed' value > 0 means, there is either a 'Open' transfer out or Work Order against that item.
