I'm creating an employee but he have different supervisors, for this employee, is it possible to report to multiple positions?

One position can report to only one position, that's the industry practice, I am interested to know more how a person can report to multiple person at the same time.

There is one primary position with only one reports to option per position. As workaround, you can add multiple positions to a single worker or create multiple position hierarchy types. Several features, like an approval workflow can only take the manager from the primary position or look at the reports to for another hierarchy type linked to the workflow.
