
I am using Asterisk as Telephony platform. Asterisk Manager interface is used to detect new calls popup customer data and dial calls by clicking on contact. We have developed html+javascript which works nicely with any browser based application. Visual toolbar is created on screen to manage telephony functions. I want same functionality to be extended in Dynamics Online. Adding this to Salesforce.com was easy job. Since I use Reverse Ajax / Server Push feature, I need my Javascript to wait for events from server.
