Not able to save the email address In Customer contact list.

Hi All I am trying to set the email address but not able to save the email address .I tried with advance option also

I can set in my Production and UAT but not able to set in QA environment.

Any help would be grate.

    Hi, Are you getting any error or field gets disabled or you enter the email Id but on closing and re-opening the form its blank. Please provide more information on the system behavior. Which application version is this environment on.

    Which version it is.

    I remember this was bug long back but it was resolved. Try checking personalization for user as well
