Hi all,

I would like to export all data from the customer card for all customers to excel.

I have seen numerous threads on this but have been unable to find anything that has really helped so far.

Can anyone advise as to how this is done please?

Regards,

Andrew

Yes, it will take those fields only. Other way is to export to excel through configuration package.

Search for Configuration Package and open.

Create a new a configuration package. In the line add customer table as in image.

    config-2.PNG

Then select Excel -> Export as in image:

This way you will get 100% fields and their data

    Hi Bilal,

Thank you for coming back to me.

I have just tried this and found that it only exports the information from the main screen, it does not include all the fields in the customer card such as the full address and VAT number.

Do you have any other suggestions?

    Many thanks

    Andrew

    Hi,

After running NAV. Search for Customers in search. Open Customers page. In the extreme top left there is an arrow down. Click on that then select Print and Send option and then Microsoft Excel as in image:
