I m a new Consultant working on one of my Company's clients project.
An error message is supposed to be displayed when two fields are empty and user 'Mark it as Complete'. When i am accessing the system it is displaying the required behavior, but when is doing 'Mark as Complete' even when those two fields are empty, the business process flow is allowing it to save and no error message is being displayed.
What could be the possible reason of this issue? why an error message is being displayed at one user and not on other?
