Purchase Journals - Error - Please check the Posting Date, Document Type

Please assist to find why I get following error during posting.

"Document No. INV-5002 is out of balance by -60. Please check that Posting Date, Document Type, Document No. and Amount are correct for each line."

Following is the the Purchase Journal that I am trying to Post.

It looks like the top line is missing a Balancing Account. That or if you mean to balance to the other lines then you need to remove the Balancing Account from the two bottom lines.
