Exclude Opening Balance in management reporter row definition accounts

For some of the accounts I want to show balance during the year which will not include beginning balance. I checked row modifier and other option but unable to process. Please help me into it.

Suppose a main account balance through a year

Opening Balance Debit Credit Closing
2500 8500 6500 4500

I want to show only increase/decrease during the year i.e. 8500-6500 = 2000
How to achieve that in row definition?

Thanks in Advance

    Hi,

One option is that add a calculated column that calculates the difference between the columns you showed above.

    Best regards

    Hello Ludwig,

This option will not work. Can't we do that with the help of row modifier?

    Hi Shivendra singh kushwah,

You can also do this in the rows of your financial report.

    Here is an example

    balancemr.png

The first two lines are non-printing lines and filter the DR and CR transactions.

The third line calculates the DR-CR change.

Is this what you are looking for?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
