Hello All,

A few weeks ago my employer finally made the upgrade to 2013 R2. I was spearheading the upgrade and it wasn't until it was finally done on everyone's computer when a co-worker asked me how to paste intercompany GL entries. I went back to my desk and to my demise realized it was not possible with the built-in version. Long story short, I installed and taught myself the Dynamics SDK and started to develop my own add-ins.

I created a blog to share my development work and first up is my version of GP Paste. It handles GL transactions (including inter-company), AP transaction distribution pastes, and Sales transaction distribution pastes. I offer all of my work free of charge with no guarantees that it will work on your configurations, but feel free to try in your test environments.

Were you able to successfully use my add-in? Just curious if others have been able to actually access/install/run it and if it helps at all.

I found the fix to GP crashing with the dll files. Many thanks to Patrick Roth and Steve Endow!

Hi James,

We're testing this but after dropping the dll files in the GP2013 Add-ins folder, we could not launch GP (it crashes). Any ideas why?
