Turning Incoming Email on for User Mailbox

We have many users who have had their incoming email setting on their mailbox as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook or None for some time. We are fully transitioning users to Server-Side Sync and noticed that when we do that it's grabbing emails back years and bringing them into CRM. This causes us issues when the email has a receipient of a queue that has auto case creation turned on. So when that email syncs it goes through the case creation and auto responder get sent even though the email was from 2 years ago. How do we have it only process emails for that users mailbox moving forward and not syncing to the past?

    Hi,

    We have a field called "Process Email From" in email server profile. Please change the time here before you test & enable the mailbox.
