Orders are not shown under Sent Items in Outlook

Hello guys,


I have the following problem:

When I send an order by mail from BC (BC 14), it arrives at my vendor. Unfortunately, however, I don't see the mail in my Outlook mailbox under Sent Items... what do I need to set up so that every order I send is shown to me there in the mailbox. This is my personal mailbox.

    Hi

    What is the email address under SMTP Mail Setup? is it your email address or general email? If it is a different email do you see those email in that mailbox?

    In the SMTP Mail Setup I can only find a field called User-ID and there is a general email address.

    I know that invoices are shown in the folder Sent Items, but I do not know, where this is set up...

    Hi

    You need to access the send mail box of the email in "field called User-ID and there is a general email address. " Most likely all emails are there. Can you please check that email send mailbox?

    I said most likely because it is possible you are using Enhanced Email functions. See below for more info:
