243I checked the fixed reorder quantity reordering policy for a particular item. Even though there is inventory available for the item, still it suggests planning lines for reorder quantity in the planning worksheet. This is a new item. Only one item ledger entry is there (Purchase transaction to increase inventory).

Reorder Quantity is 20
When /Regenerative plan/ is ran on the planning worksheet, it suggests a planning line with 20 (purchase order)
