Hi,
When i went to Email parameters
The username was april@contosoax7.onmicrosoft ..etc
But the password is empty..how can i get the password?
Hello,
You should use your own email address for the email and password for the email parameters.
april@contosoax7.onmicrosoft.com is a dummy account which access is not granted to its password.
You can go to the Email parameters page (System administration > Setup > Email) and set user name and Password fields on the SMTP settings tab.
