    Hi Colkatol,

    Have you read this one?

    www.magnetismsolutions.co.nz/.../Using_Discount_Lists_in_Dynamics_CRM_2011.aspx

Remember to get the volume discount, should be in same price list with same product and unit as well..

And also need to meet the minimum requirement quantity to get the volume discount.

Can we see the discount list and then the opportunity product you key in?

    Thanks.

    Hi Colkatol,

    Don't copy paste.

Instead, use rich HTML formatting then insert picture.

    Thanks.

    Hi Colkatol,

    Answering your Currency Question.

The currency field will be available if only you create discount list and select the AMOUNT, not the PERCENTAGE at the very first time you create the discount list.

    Hope this helps you!

But our company only used percentages

    Hi Colkatol,

    Yes.

    It's okay..

But you cannot use the currency for percentage because logically it doesn't matter the currency you use, it will be depend on the Amount itself.

Either you use 1000 USD, 1000 SGD, 1000 Mark, 1000 MYR, 1000 IDR, the 10% would be always 100.

Now your problem you cannot get the volume discount applied?

    Thanks.

OK, so why is the discount not being applied?
