Assigned User ID in order (sales and purchase)

Hello guys

i want to write che Assigned User ID in purchase and sales order. The User is the same of the login at Business Central 16 Wave 1.  

I try to configure the setup user in this mode:

The database field is "Assigned User ID"

unfortunately the user is not automatically proposed. What am I wrong?

    There is no setting for this to take place. Idea behind the field is to manually assign. To have it automatically populated a modification would be required
