error with bixolon printer

dear all

i get an error with bixolon priter when i try the two parts of setup

as OPOS

i get the printer not found but the jornal are saved but NOT printed

as Windows driver

I get runtime error and the POS force close after i press ok and the jornal not save and NOT printed also

could any one help me with this
