I have a Routing Rule Set on Cases, which worked for several weeks without any problem. Since yesterday this fails. I did not make any changes which I can relate to this issue.
I tried with a new Routing Rule Set, but no luck
When I check system jobs I can see this: cannot find record to be updated
The Case is not yet in a Queue when I try to Route it. So the system should not find a record to be updated, but create one (create a Queue Item).
But this should be OOTB behaviour.
When I click on 'view properties' I get this:
Any ideas?
