Is there a built in function for GP to calculate and store Month-To-Date and Year-To-Date Usage numbers?

    This is pretty standard reporting for a manufacturing software.

    Can you be a little more specific on the doc type??

    IV30300 hold transaction by date, DocType can help you to get transaction by type.
