connect case to each other?

hi, it looks like we can only create parent and child case, can we use connection for case? I don't see the connect button in the ribbon

    I'm not sure where are you looking for it - you should go to the upper most menu (above the command bar) and select the arrow on the right of you case name. If will show you all associated records - with connections among them. At least that's how OOTB CRM works - if someone customized your system it may be different.

    Connections create a lookup between records so that you can easily determine how the records are related.

    Hi,

    There wont be any button for connection - you need to go to the associated record and under connection tab you will be able to see/create connections.
