How to extend the time period

HI All,

Currently the Time Period options on the default KPI Customer Service Insights are Last 1 mth, Last 7 days and Last 24 hours.

We run our call centre over the Harvest period which last 3 months.

Is there a way to extend the reporting period on the Default KPI Customer Service Insights dashboard?

Regards Steve

Hi Steve - great question, CSI currently have a limit of processing cases created in the past 60 days, although we are actively working on extending this time range so it'll be customizable by users, will update as soon as it's available for preview!

    Thanks,

    alice

    Hi Partner

Unfortunately, as of now KPI summary dashboard by default shows up only 1 month data.  Here is the reference article docs.microsoft.com/.../use-dashboard-sample-data

    Hi Steve,

Customer Service Insights today doesn't support period for last 3 months. It loads last 2 months of data (or up to 1 million cases whichever hit first) for processing. Meanwhile, we are evaluating the requests to extend to longer time period. Could you please submit your request at our Ideas forum? The product team are using it as one of the sources to prioritize the features: https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/categories/?forum=25ddfb80-8627-e911-a95a-000d3a4f3883&forumName=Dynamics%20365%20AI%20for%20Customer%20Service

You can find the other service limits from this doc: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/ai/customer-service-insights/service-limits. We appreciate your feedback or any other questions.

    Thanks!

Complete the steps in the wizard.
In the admin center, go to the Billing > Subscriptions page.
On the Subscriptions page, select the trial subscription that you want to extend, and then, under the expiration date, select Extend trial.
Complete the steps in the wizard.

    I hope this helps!

You can only observe the record until last 60 days.

Unfortunately as of now you cannot extend the time period on the default KPI customer service Insights dashboard beyond 2 months.

    Regards.

    Justin.
