Currently we are using CRM2011 version we are planning to upgrade it to the 2015. Actually we implemented a portal (asp.net) application using crm 2011 sdk. After upgrading to CRM 2015 will that 2011 sdk will work with CRM 2015

I think you should be in decent shape as your starting from CRM 2011. I'd recommend reaching the differences between each of the versions like 2011->2013 then 2013->2015 to ensure that you have no major differences.
