Hi,

How can we best assign more than one position/role to an employer/worker in Dynamics365 Talent please?

We also need to show this in the Organisational Hierarchy Chart.

Hello,

go to Personnel Management, choose the Employees, click on Worker and the Add Assignment - make sure the employee only works 1 FTE. you can allow more than 1 FTE, but usually one person does the job of only one 1FTE, with one or more assignments.

if you need to change the amount of worked FTE, go and change it on the position you want to assign. For example: 0.75 FTE for one position and 0.25 FTE on another.
