We are recieving this error :

DOC 425 Error a value is exceeding the maximum length was found in the field of the root recordset. Maximum Length is 0. Length of value is 7

when running the IMRun.exe to Integration Manager but it runs when we manually run through integration manager.

I found this article:

http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software/aspnet/35978276/integration-manager-error.aspx

that kind of describes the issue, but I don't have a copy of the file to see if it is a formatting error. But I don't think it is because if we run it manually within Integration Manager it works so if it was a problem with the file it should not work manually either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you verify that your integration is trying to use an original window un GP and not a modified window?

This happens sometimes when using IM and modified windows in GP

How do I verify that it is a modified window. This is actually happening when we use Autodim.exe to run scripts that run IMRUN.exe

    Is this considered modifed?

Somedays it runs, other days it doesn't we have tried two different integrations and they work for a couple of days then we recieve the error. If we run them manually they work.

to verify, please check the destination adapter settings in IM and then go to GP > Security and review if the window that is trying to populate is set to the original form or it does not says "modified"

I was receiving a similar error message during an order integration.  At first some records went in but errored for other reasons.  I fixed those then tried again and started to receive this error.  It was because there was duplicate PO's.  Once I removed those from the source file, all was good again.
