Hello all

I dont want to sound dumb but i researched everywhere.

The icon comes via BR but BR also adds apply button which cannot be removed
Also i checked all BRs for the entity and there is no BR

Any other way this can be added?

Please forgive me if i am being a noob

    Anything that a Business Rule can do can also be done via JavaScript in Dynamics CRM. I would start there, and check your form to see if there are any custom JavaScript libraries added to run on load. If there is, do a search for the field schema name and it should let you know if code is going any of this.

    @Tom Gioielli
    thanks for your reply
    should have mentioned this before. i checked js as well and documentation dont really suggest a way to add this via js

    I wanted to know if there is anything apart from these two to add this icon?

    Hmm, Business Rule and JS would definitely be the main culprits, so good job checking those.

    I have two last ideas that look like they could be the case, apologies if you have already checked them.

    1) Open the form editor and select the "Recommendation" field listed above. In the field settings, look all the way at the bottom under Controls and see if someone added a custom PCF control to the field (you should be able to tell because there will be two components listed instead of the standard one)
    2) I have worked with clients that like to have some "Instructions" on the form outside of the standard fields. In these cases, we have used HTML web resources and placed them onto the form. This doesn't look like that, mainly because those situations don't still include a field label.

    Let me know what you find out.
