hi need to find the solution of below mentioned error.

"Mismatch in transaction count for 92511084, terminal 925110845 and shift 37 and hence this shift is not marked in a statement. This shift contains 319 transactions while transactions uploaded contains 318. Please check the Shift tile to acknowledge this issue."

Hi MATTGUO,

yes, we are using both of Retail and Financial modules, but when we attempt to calculate the statements of any particular retail channel, this error shows us in many of statements.

Hi, can it be that POS was offline for some time - and one transaction was left offline and not uploaded to D365?
