I'm and IT support in my company and I'm new to CRM.
So, our business users requested to add new case source : WhatsApp .
I've managed to add that in : Customization -> Customize The System -> Option Sets . Our users is able to create cases with this origin as well.
However, cases with this origin needs to appear in our existing report (we use Microsoft Reporting Service).
So, I need to locate where this WhatsApp value in database (on-premises).
I used query : select * from StringMap where AttributeName='caseorigincode'
To my surprise , query results shows all case origin except newly added : WhatsApp.
Is it because I added custom value ? Or, did I look up wrong table ? Any idea what tables I should look ?
