How to re-send a survey after resolving a case?

I created a workflow that sends an e-mail to the customer with the survey link after a case is resolved. This workflow is activated with the case entity. When the customer sends the survey I can view reports with the case related to the survey.

The issue I have is when the customer doesn´t response. I did a second workflow which is activated with the survey activity entity, I put a waiting process of 3 days after it is created. If the customer doesn´t send the survey, it is re-sent validating first that doesn´t contain data. The problem I have is when the survey is filled and comes into CRM, lose the relationship with the case and I can´t view reports. How can I do to re-send the survey and keep the data of the case related to the first survey? Thanks
