Hi
I am using connections entity with a scope of contact to limit what accounts a portal user can access. so in short if an account is connected to the portal contact via connections he can create new approvals records for them,
so i have successfully locked down adding new approval records to only the associated (connected accounts), the issue is when i look at my entity list it shows approvals for records that i shouldnt have access for. i can try and edit one of those approvals but as i save it says you dont have permissions to edit this record and forces me to associate the account to one of the ones i have access to.
Entity permissions is enabled on the list the list/view is stock standard. the portal contact is only assigned one web role and the entity permission is associated with the same role.
where am i going wrong with this?
thanks
Una

I figured this out i had a second entity permission to the same entity with an obscure name it was set to global once i deactivated this the obscure entity permission the list adhered to the my permissions.
