custom workflow not getting triggered While Importing Data

Hi,

I have created custom workflow, oncreate of record.

This workflow triggers when I create new records manually, but it doesn't gets triggered While Importing Data into CRM 2013.

May I how to triiger this custome workflow when I do bulk import data.

It should be triggered, please can you screenshot your Workflow.

and is there any conditions conflicts with your importing data

Are you import the data to the same entity "Voucher"?

Yes I am importing to same enitity Voucher.

second line of workflow is working during import data.

But custom workflow steps works when I create new voucher one by one manually.

Only import data functionalily doesnot trigger the WF and some of the fields not getting updated.

Hi,

I think you should trace or debug your custom activity, because may be there is a condition inside your code conflict with your imported data.

because when you create a new record within the Dynamics CRM all steps work fine, so check your code first.

Did you try with switching it to background process? Also uncheck the ondemand square
