Hi All,

in sandbox it was normal testing send approval workflow and get an body email in normal text but when i move workflow to "Production environment" i just get HTML format in body email. could you help me on this

    Good day,

    Just coming back on this issue. A fix does exist for this issue but it needs to be deployed. As soon as we deployed the fix to your specific tenant, the issue will be resolved.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience. This issue started to happen after we did upgrade the tenant.
