Hi,
I am following the instructions in this document to install the Export to Azure Data Lake add-in for one of our D365 F&O environments.
However, I got this error when trying to enable/set up the Power Platform integration:
Status Power Platform environment setup failed.
Failure reason Failed to retrive AadUserObjectId for the provided AADTenantId.
Update: I raised a support ticket with Microsoft to help me resolve this issue. But the steps I had to do were:
1. Ensure I was logged in as the environment administrator
2. Added "Dynamics 365 Finance" licence to Environment administrator
3. Added environment admin account as Power Platform environment administrator
4. Ensure Power Platform environments governance is set to Everyone
5. Updated D365 F&O environment admin to the same admin account
There was a lot of back and forth and it had to be escalated as well with internal engineering team. I am not sure what the underlying cause was.
