Hello, our licensing partner has acquired Customer Service Enterprise Device Licenses on our behalf. These licenses are now visible in the M365 Admin Centre. However, there is a difference in naming compared to the Device Licenses we had previously obtained.
In the past, our device licenses were referred to as /Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise Device./ Now, the new licenses are simply labeled as /Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise,/ which happens to be the exact same name as the base full user license for Dynamics CE.
The specific SKU for the purchased licenses is DDW-00002, denoted as D365 Customer Service Sub Per Device.
I'm curious if there have been any recent changes in this regard. The Dynamics 365 July 2023 licensing guide still indicates that the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise license serves as the full base user license, and there are also distinct licenses for Dynamics Customer Service Device.
