cannot add name in location item arrival journal,

hi experts,

i got an issue for adding the name for item arrival journal, can you please help me what should i do to fix this??

and whenever i want to exit, there's the information "Field 'Name' must be filled in."

please help.

    Hi Aldimaz,

    What issue did you get when adding the name?  Is this for Returns?


    When you enter data in the Lines form there are mandatory fields you need to enter under Dimensions like Location.

    so i cannot entry the name because haven't put the location in dimension tab??

    Are you talking about the Journal name?

    You need to setup a Journal name.

    Open Item arrival > Click New > Right click in the box were the name should be > Click on View details.

    A new form will open > Journal names

    You need to create a New Name
