Event Registration Info not Populating

Hello,
 
We have an event set up and the registration info is not populating.
 
On the main page of the event is shows individuals have registered, but on the event registration page no information is populating.

    I can't see the images you posted.
    Do you mean that after creating registrations for an event, the Registration count field on the general page shows the number of registrations.
    However, the corresponding registered contact record is not shown in the Event Registration section?
